At Layers Cuisine, we believe that dining out should be an experience that engages all of your senses. That's why we create dishes that not only taste amazing but also look and smell incredible. At Layers Cuisine, we are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality food and service. Our journey began over 20 years ago when our founder, Aisha, decided to create a cookbook that would serve delicious meals made from locally sourced ingredients. Today, we continue to uphold her vision by offering a diverse menu.

Jervey, who loved all of my food. He would often ask me why I wasn't cooking as my career. Well now I am, and I want to satisfy each mouth that my food gets to grace.

    We offer a wide variety of Catering options to fit our customers needs. MP (Market Price) is in full effect on any package listed below. Call for Special requests on non listed items. 302-599-3372


    Buffet Style Package starting @ $30/pp

    This Catering Package is less formal but still cost effective. here you can receive 2 proteins , 2 starches , 2 veggies and cornbread. Half included/Full Pan options allowed + $50 more.


    Plated Style Catering starting @$70/pp

    This option is more formal and classy. The menu is pre-selected offering guests 2 or more courses (appetizer, meal, dessert etc. ) Guests will have the option to choose their meal prior to the event, and will remain seated during our serving process. Menu provided with contract


    Food by the Pan starting @$50/pp

    This option is budget friendly. We offer over 50+ dishes and desserts that can be purchased. Our full size pans feed 15-20, while the half size pans feed 10-12.  This depends on the food being provided, certain foods will be charged at Market Price.


    Personal Chef  starting @ $1250. 

    This style offers a personal Intimate touch from the Head Chef. The Chef  comes to your home/location, prepares dishes, and serves you in the comfort of your personal space.

    Can we mix/match the Catering packages- only on the pre selected menu items within your special

    There are NO REFUNDS only an event date change within 1 year of the original booking date.
